By registering you understand and agree that

1. cancellations may be made up until May 1st, 2010. Any orders made after that date will be non-refundable. Passes may not be resold and are non-transferrable.
2. because of the dynamic nature of live events, the content and other details of the event are subject to last minute change without notification.
3. no audio or video recordings of the event may be produced or distributed without the express written permission of the event producer. This restriction does not apply to photographs or brief audio or video recordings.
4. In the unlikely event that the Gov2.0a Conference is cancelled, your full registration will be refunded and the event producer will not liable for any direct or indirect damages of any nature.
